IT Services Company Eyes Further Growth After Solid Year | Midlands Business News

Earnings rose at an IT services company that works with Dell, Microsoft and HP despite the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, new documents confirmed, with the company expecting further growth.

CCS Media, headquartered in Chesterfield, recorded revenue of £252m for the year to 31 December 2021, compared to £223.7m in 2020.

Pre-tax profits rose from £6.5m to £9.5m over the same period.

A statement signed by the board said: “The business performance was strong in 2021, a year where the effects of Covid-19 continued to impact both customer confidence and on supply chain delays, as in most industries.

“Despite this, CCS increased revenue by 13% and operating profit by 48%, a very satisfying result attributable to the hard work of everyone in the company, our underlying strength, our strong partnerships with vendors and suppliers, our strategy of continuing to invest in the future and the trust our customers place in CCS by providing them with the right solutions to drive their own business forward.

“The outlook for 2022 is that further growth is expected as demand for IT products and services among our customer base remains strong and the additional expertise brought by our solutions team has enabled CCS to help existing and new customers with more and more complex solutions.

The company also has offices in Birmingham, Northampton, Bolton, Manchester, Bradford, Leeds, Sheffield, London, Fleet, Slough, Heathrow, Swansea, Romford and two in Scotland.
