As Connect and Heal works to transform India’s healthcare landscape, the healthcare technology company has announced the appointments of Mithun Patange as Chief Marketing and Communications Officer, Yathish Venkatesh as Head of performance and Christina David as content manager.
Founded in November 2016 by Sanjay Vinayak, Elwinder Singh and Galveender Kaur, Connect and Heal has been working for six years to solve the fragmented healthcare system in India and introduce the concept of healthcare management organization to the country. Prashant Kashyap joined as co-founder and COO earlier this year.
With aggressive growth plans, Connect and Heal is recruiting top marketing talent as part of its mission to solve the complex challenges of India’s healthcare ecosystem. They are rapidly growing their subscriber base and aiming for $100 million in revenue by FY25. Over the past few months, Connect and Heal has been actively recruiting for key positions across all functions and is working to build a technology-driven healthcare platform.
Mithun Patange joins as Director of Marketing and Communications. He has over a decade of experience in high-growth consumer startups and has also been an entrepreneur. He has previously worked with organizations like Simplilearn and Halodoc, among others. In his latest role at Halodoc, Indonesia’s largest health-tech startup, Mithun designed the organic growth catalysts that dramatically increased premium brand exposure across user touchpoints. He holds an MBA from MICA Ahmedabad and a BA from NIFT.
Yathish Venkatesh, Associate Director, Marketing, has eight years of experience working at several startups including Halodoc, MoneyTap and Loco. His last stint was at Halodoc, where he led the performance marketing function and helped reduce user acquisition spend while growing the user base on this massive scale. Yathish has worked extensively with large-scale B2C companies with deep consumer behavior expertise.
Christina David joins as Content Manager for Connect and Heal. She has over seven years of experience in content and communications across industries and has been part of organizations such as Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Commvault, Mount Litera Zee School and Pazo. At HP, as Head of Communications and Engagement (Internal), Christina led numerous initiatives and significantly increased engagement rates for global operations. She holds an MBA from Narsee Monjee University of Management Studies.

Connect and Heal has so far raised $11m in funding from BAce Capital, Celesta Capital and a group of senior bankers in London, Singapore, the Netherlands and the United States and is expanding its presence in India quickly.
